What You’ll Do

  • Provide legal support to ensure that projects comply with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Handle intellectual property and patent applications to protect the company's intellectual property.

  • Review and draft contracts and agreements to ensure the legality and validity of contracts.​​

​​​

  • Conduct legal risk management and provide legal counseling and advice.

Who You are

  • Degree in law or related field, 5+ years of experience in legal counseling and intellectual property.

​

  • Excellent legal analysis and writing skills, able to provide professional legal advice.​

  • Familiar with corporate and contract law and able to handle complex legal issues.

​​

  • Experience as legal counsel for startups or high-tech companies is preferred.
