  • Provide pre-sales consultation and post-sales support to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Manage customer feedback and optimize products and services to enhance customer experience.

  • Organize and manage customer support team, conduct customer service training to ensure efficient customer service.​​

Who You are

  • Customer support or related field experience, 5+ years of customer service and support management experience.

  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills with the ability to respond and resolve customer issues quickly.

  • Customer-oriented service orientation and ability to provide high quality customer support.

  • Familiarity with customer support tools and systems, experience in customer support for consumer electronics preferred.
